About This Project

Fountains Completed by: Impact Landscapes LLC Carrollton, Coppell, Flower Mound, Highland Village, Lewisville, Little Elm, The Colony, Frisco, Allen and McKinney We recently finished a called Fountains at Impact Landscapes LLC that really made for a great transformation of a home into an beautiful oasis. Located in the center of Flower Mound, this required quality craftsmanship with attention to detail. At the center of this perfect landscape design is a beautiful multi-tiered fountain made of durable natural stones. The soothing sound of flowing water fills the ambient soundscape and creates a move to play focus and invite reflection and calm. We infused the area around the fountain with lush, vibrant plantings of hardy native Texas perennials and ornamental grasses. These are all chosen for their ability to provide colour through the seasons while being the most minimal maintenance possible. At this point, the serious work began, because now, we are dealing with real issues like dealing with the terrain being unlevel and the system having a definite plan on how it stores the water in order to not flood out the back of the fountain. Those same challenges were met with experienced creative grading and quality drainage materials, thus overcoming the obstacles of longevity and functionality. It gives an end product of a stunning landscape that combines nature with the workings of the design. The homeowners were ecstatic the result providing more usable space outside of their home, and being able to increase the value of their property by adding such a great feature.
