The Denver Modern Contemporary I project reimagines a previously worn-out site in Wheat Ridge, crafting a modern family home that perfectly balances style and functionality. Completed in 2015, this exquisite residence stands as a testament to contemporary architecture, designed to meet the needs of today's families while harmonizing with the vibrant surroundings of Denver. Envisioned with open living spaces, the design integrates smart features and high-quality materials that elevate both aesthetics and practicality. The clients expressed a desire for a home that not only embodies modern family life but also offers proximity to local amenities, including shops and the scenic Sloan’s Lake. Key elements included the incorporation of solar energy for sustainability, a stunning rooftop deck to capture breathtaking mountain views, and expansive sliding doors that seamlessly connect the interior with the outdoor spaces. The removal of the old structure allowed for a fresh start, maximizing the lot's potential and paving the way for a design that enhances daily living.
