The Traditional Kitchen in Brecksville project involved a meticulous renovation of a historic home originally designed by the renowned architect Charles Schneider, known for his creation of Stan Hywet Hall. Our objective was to breathe new life into the kitchen and mudroom, modernizing these essential spaces to accommodate contemporary lifestyles while preserving the home's inherent charm and architectural integrity. We approached this transformation with a profound respect for the original craftsmanship, ensuring that every design choice harmonized with the residence's historic character. In the kitchen, we opted for custom cabinetry that showcases a classic style, utilizing high-quality hardwoods and elegant finishes that echo the era of the home. The cabinetry features intricate detailing, providing functional storage while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the space. Complementing the cabinetry, we selected a sophisticated color palette that includes muted tones, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
