Sample Images Before and After Completed by: LandTechwmi LLC Service Area: Southwest Michigan At LandTechwmi LLC we do believe that a landscape makeover can change the visual and value of the property, and this practice a lot of functionalities well connected fort the usage of the property once completed. We had the privilege of transforming a ho-hum yard into a breathtaking outdoor escape for the latest installment of our Before & After Pictures down in suburban Southwest Michigan. A comprehensive site survey initiated the , highlighting the clients aim to create a more functional and attractive area. We were also dealing with a bit of a slope in the backyard that left little usable outdoor space. We addressed this by naturally terracing the garden beds into tiered levels that were composed of natural stone retaining walls, both stabilizing the slope and introducing an attractive textural component to the landscape. We used many native plants that are both very appropriate for this region of Southwest Michigan and will live on their own with no maintenance. Ornamental and colorful perennials were used in abundant compositions, in conjunctions with ornamental grasses and selected shrubs, to provide year-round interest. Locally sourced flagstone pavers compose the winding pathway, ushering guests from the front yard to a back seating area ideal as Michigan nights turn cool near the fire pit. As part of the , an irrigation system was also installed to provide appropriate care for the new plants without the need for manual watering. In addition to energy-efficient landscape lighting, both amenities invite use of the space, creating an evening den. The reveal at the end was phenomenal. We transformed a bland yard into a colorful, welcoming landscape that related to the home and thrilled the client. When we unveiled the paddles, the happiness beaming from their faces was the best reward our validation of our high-quality commitment to our customers.
