The team effectively leveled the site and created a proper drainage system to manage the large amounts of water run-off effectively. One of the facets of the was a small water feature, in the shape of a fountain, that grandmotherly created for the family to hear while relaxing outside, which allowed the outdoor space to have an added layer of serenity. The team also included solar lighting in the form of lights in the hardscape that also highlighted the landscaping at night after the owners returned from dinner.
