Landscape Pool & Terrace Dos Amigos Landscaping is excited to share the 'Landscape Pool & Terrace' with you. This is a stunning renovation that defines luxury and convenience in outdoor living areas. Located within the gorgeous area of Batesville, Charlottesville, Crozet, Earlysville, Free Union, Hollymead, Ivy, White Hall, and Albemarle, the was intended to blend with the landscape. The piece de resistance is an amazing in-ground pool, built from excellent, long-lasting materials that look beautiful while providing long life. This space is surrounded by great looking, and effectively functioning terrace space, created with natural stone pavers that facilitate seamless movement from the indoor living space to the outdoors. The rich colors of the stone complement the variety of rich greens in the surrounding landscape create a vivid appeal, in this inviting landscape. A primary challenge for this was dealing the slope on site; we needed to create a level pool area, while maintaining the natural contour of the landscape. Our team carefully evaluated possible solutions, and ultimately incorporated substantial grading techniques, and local stone retaining walls, to build a stable developed flat area. The result is a beautiful terraced landscape with design aspects that look beautiful and function well for drainage and erosion mitigation. We also included many more landscape features as part of this ; including use of native climate plants and ornamental grasses. Not only did this add to the beauty, but it also added to supporting the local wildlife and helping to develop biodiversity in our garden. As an added component we thoughtfully placed several soft lead (low voltage) lighting, that helped illuminate the different pathways and space of the pool, while adding to the evening charm and ambience. Overall, our clients were very pleased with the end result of their outdoor space. Overall, the quality of work, great attention to our clients vision, helped in the solving of the numerous given challenges.
