- “Landscapes” for Tri County Landscaping Tri County Landscaping is excited to share “Landscapes,” a stunning outdoor that is representative of our concept of quality and innovation after serving the communities of Pasco, Hillsborough and Pinellas counties for over ten years. For this , we constructed a clean, complete transformation of a residential yard, where the property line included a backyard sloping toward the adjacent neighbor and required a direct functional and aesthetic plan to renovate the yard area. We started with a comprehensive site analysis of the outdoor space. We took the opportunity to play off of the homeowner's natural features, identifying the best natural features and drainage issues to address in the landscape design. High-quality materials were found and chosen for installation and we used locally-sourced natural stone to build a multiple tiered set of retaining walls, allowing a unique opportunity to stabilize the elevation change with locally-sourced natural stone, while still adding some rustic charm. Then we started to design with soft-scape featuring native plants and perennial color sustainably sourced plants that we know will thrive in Florida and attract pollinators. We constructed an outdoor patio area designed using pavers that would be durable for countless gatherings and family events. Coordinating outdoor lighting focused on highlighting the landscaping features, maximizing the functionality of all outdoor spaces into the evening, which pleasantly caught our client’s attention and awareness of what was accomplished. Texture was affected with installation through existing tree roots. It was a welcome challenge, enabling the landscape to exist for years to come as one designated . At the completion of our , our client received not only a functional design but an elegantly designed outdoor yard to enjoy with their kids, family and friends.
