This project encompassed a full spectrum of renovations, starting with a fresh coat of ceiling and wall paint that rejuvenated the space and set a modern tone. The removal of outdated carpeting laid the groundwork for new, stylish flooring that complements the contemporary design. A significant focus of the update was the enhancement of lighting throughout the basement, ensuring that every area was well-lit and inviting. All door hardware was replaced, providing a cohesive and polished look to the space. The full bathroom underwent a meticulous overhaul, featuring new lighting fixtures, a stylish vanity, and a modern toilet. The addition of porcelain tile and an elegant shower surround, coupled with a stunning marble accent wall, created a luxurious bathing experience. The fireplace, a central feature of the basement, received a striking stone tiling facelift, complete with a new porcelain hearth that harmonizes with the overall aesthetic.
