Lakeview, New Orleans of New Orleans Pool & Patio's 'Lakeview' We have shown you only a taste of the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into many of our landscaping s. Set in a lovely neighborhood, this combines natural beauty and design to create an exceptional backyard getaway. The custom-designed had a large outdoor living space, using weather-resistant travertine stone for the stunning patio as well. This selection adds beauty but also durability against the New Orleans climate and its elements. We planted colorful beds of native plants around the patio, including azaleas, ferns and hibiscus, which grow well in Louisiana and need little care. We faced many problems like this one; the main challenge was the drainage system, which was unable to drain the water well when heavy rains happen. Designers harmonized a complex drainage system that includes French drains and permeable pavers to properly channel drainage. This innovation protects the landscape whilst also making the space usable all year. We added gentle LED lighting around the garden to feature the carefully selected plants, as well as to create an inviting feel to the space at night. A wooden pergola was also built to give shade with rustic feel and allow you to sit and enjoy outdoors. The end result was a functional, beautiful landscape that wow'd our client. Here is one example of quality work that complements the character of New Orleans and surrounds the 'Lakeview' .
