About This Project

The Tuscan Twist project beautifully transforms the client's living spaces by harmonizing existing elements with new design choices, resulting in a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere. The design journey began with an exploration of the client's preferred color palette, which featured soft hues of peach and salmon, complemented by subtle shades of sage, taupe, and tan. To enhance these colors, we introduced rich creams and deeper tones in the selection of furniture and rugs, effectively grounding each space and creating a cohesive look. The careful integration of reclaimed, vintage, and French Country items added character and warmth to the environment. Each piece was thoughtfully selected to resonate with the client’s existing decor, ensuring that the overall design was both fresh and familiar. Large-scale accessories were strategically placed throughout the rooms, adding a touch of glamour without overwhelming the design. The existing botanicals were enhanced, bringing a natural element into the spaces that added depth and life. Rearranging the client's artwork was a critical aspect of the project, as it allowed for the creation of new focal points that captured attention and sparked interest. This strategic placement not only showcased the artwork more dramatically but also complemented the overall aesthetic of the spaces. Additionally, rugs, lamps, and various accessories were repurposed, allowing us to maximize the use of what the client already owned while introducing new elements such as additional seating and a luxurious shag area rug. The outcome of the Tuscan Twist project is a harmonious blend of transitional design that reflects the client's personality while providing a functional, stylish living environment. This transformation illustrates how thoughtful design choices and careful craftsmanship can breathe new life into existing spaces, making them more inviting and enjoyable for everyday living. The result is a stunning representation of how the old can be revitalized and celebrated within a modern context.
