Palm Tree Gallery At Cold Hardy Palms and Bamboo, we are excited to present our newest landscaping , the 'Palm Tree Gallery.' The Palm Tree Gallery is the approach to a private estate in the beautiful coastal community of Mt. Pleasant. After serving the Charleston area, Kiawah, Seabrook, and other surrounding neighborhoods for three generations, we are proud to ensure the satisfaction we provide our clients is evident through this beautiful . The Palm Room Gallery features a wide selection of palm species specifically chosen for its climate. We specifically purchased premium cold-hardy palms such as the Windmill Palm and the Needle Palm, which serve to provide lush, tropical conditions to the property's landscape that can withstand the local weather. Each palm was placed specifically according to their horticultural needs to create cohesion throughout the gallery and the backdrop of tropical foliage to help provide additional coverage. One of the challenges we faced was the incorporation of existing landscape plants into a cohesive environment without having to remove earlier plantings. Our skilled team was able to remove all outdated plantings and augument the quality of the soil to provide the ideal conditions for the new plantings. We were also able to install an irrigation system that helps to use the water we use for getting established while not impacting the overall appeal of the plants. To create additional depth and interest to area, we installed a natural stone pathway that meanders through the gallery, inviting visitors to travel through the landscape. The pathway is made with local stone materials, blending the environment while is durable and contributes to the natural conditions. We also added decorative lighting that is aimed at illuminating the palm trees at night, which provides a calm and inviting atmosphere to the landscape. Ultimately, the final result surpassed our client’s expectations and created a calming, cute escape to nature created by man. The Palm Tree Gallery adds to the overall value of the estate while also creating a beautiful manifestation of our dedication to creating custom landscapes.
