Rancho Santa Fe Residence - Mediterranean STONE + GROVE Landscape Architects is excited to introduce the Rancho Santa Fe Residence - Mediterranean, a stunning that showcases a beautiful blend of luxurious living with the stunning beauty of the natural world. This residential is located in a prestigious neighborhood and emphasizes our commitment to quality and craftsmanship that meets the tastes of our clients. The design incorporates rich Mediterranean elements, including terracotta tile, weathered stone pathways, and abundant drought-tolerant plantings, which capture a sense of place along the Mediterranean coast. Our office selected thoughtfully native shrubs, olive trees, and bougainvillea to create a vibrant and sustainable landscape in a climate-friendly manner that adds beauty to the property. A primary goal was to create functional outdoor spaces that appropriately relate to the existing architecture. In doing this, we devised different spaces, such as a welcoming courtyard, a relaxing water feature, and an expansive terrace for entertaining. Ultimately, we have created a seamless flow of outdoor space that encourages repose and gathering. The level of detail is apparent in the custom stonework and detailing, which draws from the highest artisan standards and fits appropriately into the overall Mediterranean theme. The landscape lighting has been strategically established to accentuate particular features, so it can be appreciated recovering it at night. Overall, the client was pleased with the results, and now has an incredible outdoor space that portrays their character and accents the overall value of the residence.
