The Observation Room project in Columbia, MO, transformed a dilapidated screen porch into a stunning, functional space that promotes both safety and comfort. Originally, the porch was in disrepair, posing safety hazards for the client. Our team undertook a comprehensive rebuild, focusing on structural integrity while enhancing the room's aesthetic appeal. The result is a beautifully crafted observation area that seamlessly blends durability with elegance. Strategically designed using Anderson 400 series windows, the room offers panoramic views of the lush surroundings, allowing natural light to flood the space while providing a refreshing breeze on pleasant days. This thoughtful placement not only emphasizes the outdoor scenery but also enhances the overall ambiance, making it an inviting retreat for family gatherings or quiet moments of reflection. To add character and warmth, we incorporated reclaimed beams and siding, which serve as charming accents throughout the room.
