Info: Autumn Oaks Landscapes | Outdoor Fireplaces We are sharing some special behind the scenes with you from one of our recent outdoor fireplace s where we made our clients back yard feel like the perfect English retreat here at Autumn Oaks Landscapes. From our home in Ramsey, Minnesota, we bring innovative landscaping solutions to life in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. A beautiful custom stone fireplace made of local, natural stone to blend with the landscape was featured in this . It is, in an ideal world, a practical yet attractive space for a fireplace, a congregation point for relatives and tourists, and an opportunity to experience outdoor living high on ambiance all seasons long. We encountered one of our biggest challenges which was the stray nature of the clients yard. Here, our professionals did some work to level the section of the patio where the fireplace would be built along with space for seating. We also built a flagstone patio that ties nicely into existing landscaping, and provides plenty of space for outdoor furniture. It also has a fireplace with a built-in wood storage compartment merging practicality and style. The design included enough airflow for great burning, which we needed for warm, crackling fires during even the coldest Minnesota evenings. By the time we were done with his , his client was over the moon with the final product: the ideal mix of warmth, practicality, and aesthetics that changed their outdoor area. Their yard looks a lot better with this new ambiance of a new fireplace, making gatherings easier to welcome; a hottest spot outdoors.
