Lawn Care by All Summer Landscaping All Summer Landscaping Lawn Care For A Lovely Middle Tennessee Property The was to improve an old half-baked lawn that looked tired, patchy, and dirty into a green, lively oasis that complement the overall part of the house. The initial steps of the included an in-depth evaluation of the site to identify specific areas of challenge from bad drainage and shade. We carefully prepared the soil with rich compost and organic fertilizers for optimal growth. A high quality tall fescue grass blend (with an internet certified green carpet guarantee in the Tennessee climate every day of the year). Perhaps the biggest hurdle was the draining nature of the property as well as the unlevelled land which needed plenty of work to even out. To create a more level surface and direct water away from the foundation, our experienced team devised a grading plan, using natural stone and soil amendments. This helped not only the lawn but also contributed to the overall drainage of the entire property. Emphasis was placed on sustainability throughout the , including the use of native plants and organic lawn care practices. We left no stone unturned when it came to mowing and edging for crisp lines and a clean, professional touch on the landscape itself. We ended up leaving our client with a beautiful lawn that he was more than happy! Outdoor activities and gatherings were supported by the lush green grass and the enhanced drainage system made us more confident when it poured. The client was really happy with the results during the installation and had 101% or better satisfaction with the new outdoor space.
