This exceptional renovation project transformed a dated kitchen into a stunning centerpiece, seamlessly integrating the kitchen with the family room, mudroom, and sunroom to create a cohesive and inviting living space. The removal of partition walls allowed for the installation of robust columns and header beams, enhancing both structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. A standout feature of the kitchen is the beam that has been elegantly wrapped in reclaimed wood, adding a touch of rustic charm that complements the overall Craftsman design. The thoughtfully planned layout includes new plumbing, expertly roughed in for both the main kitchen and a stylish bar sink, while a new water line has been meticulously installed to connect the kitchen sink to the refrigerator for ice, ensuring convenience and functionality. The cabinetry, sourced from Elmwood Coventry, showcases a blend of finishes that elevate the space: the base, wall, and tall cabinets are painted in a soft White Oyster, while the bar cabinets feature a rich Chestnut Fudge stain. The island cabinets, painted in a bold Taragon Fudge, provide a striking contrast that anchors the design.
