This outdoors renovation includes a large multi-leveled deck made with sustainably harvested ipe wood, known for its longevity and rich warm tones that allow it to blend in with the natural surroundings. The job started with the challenge of an uneven slope restricting amazing lake views. Our team was able to skillfully grade the slope, allowing us to bring a smooth transition from the home to the outdoors, all the while maximizing sightlines to the water. The overall landscape design integrates both native plants and shrubbery with the deck, enhancing the existing natural beauty of the landscape and providing wildlife habitat. A stone path of locally sourced bluestone meanders through the garden space and connects the deck to a fire pit area that offers a cozy atmosphere in the evenings while enjoying time with family and friends. This is an inviting outdoor space, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the property and the clients' outdoor living experience.
