American Soil & Mulch, which was previously known as Russell W. Tarlton, Inc., has been serving North Carolina's Triangle area since 1973 as a family-owned and -operated business. We strive to provide you with the same high-quality services and products that we have provided for over 40 years. We're proud to share some history about our company. In fact, we were one of the very first companies in the Triangle area to provide screened topsoil. Our original location was located directly across from the North Carolina State Fairgrounds; we are currently located in Cary, North Carolina on Highway 55, directly across from the large blue Cary Water Tower. Additionally, we are conveniently located within minutes of I-540 and North Raleigh. Our guiding principle is to provide you with the best possible results by giving you the highest level of service that is achievable.
