Butler Services began as a part-time business of cutting grass and doing handyman work in Spring 2000. By Fall 2001, we were able to move to full-time operation. In 2002, Butler Services added new services to the mix when we started putting up Christmas lights. The name under which we perform that service is Christmas Decor, and we service both Limestone County and Madison County. Since that time, Butler Services has provided a wide variety of property enhancements and repairs such as decking, fencing, brick repainting, carpentry, pressure washing, paint and dry wall repairs. In 2007, we expanded our service offerings again with the addition of drainage solutions, erosion control, and concrete services including stamped concrete, gutter work and various forms of drainage systems. With over 30 years of combined experience, Butler Services is proud to be known for our customer service experience, high-quality workmanship, and genuine desire to provide a positive customer experience that exceeds customer expectations. Our motto around the shop is "under commit and overproduce" and this philosophy permeates everything we do when delivering exceptional customer service!

At Butler Services we have a systematic approach to Landscape Installation Projects, focusing on delivering a project that meets both client expectations, through efficiency, and quality assurance. The first step in our process is to hold a Pre-Project Consultation with you, the client. This gives us the opportunity to learn about what types of Landscaping you have in mind, your aesthetic preferences, and any Budget considerations that may affect the design. We will then perform a Site Assessment of the various components of your Property, including: The existing condition of the landscape; and the soil type and condition of all the areas within the property, and any other physical characteristics of your Property that may affect the ultimate design of the new Landscaping. After assessing your Property, we will prepare a detailed Project Plan that includes a realistic estimate of the time required to complete the project, as well as a detailed list of the materials required to complete the project. Once a Project Plan is finalized, we will forward it to you for approval, and schedule the project to begin as close to the date that works best for you. As part of our commitment to excellent customer service, we keep clear, open lines of communication throughout the project and provide you with regular updates on the progress of your Project and any changes that may need to be made. Quality Control is integral to the Butler Services methodology. Our Team conducts quality checks upon completion of each phase of the project and reviews these checks with the Team Leader and the Owner of Butler Services.
