The landscaping of our division includes any excavation/removal/installation of existing landscapes, if applicable, or needed for ground preparedness (prep phase) or, prior to installing, all supporting materials within the prep phase will need to be duplicated for all irrigation zone installations ( zone being defined as turf, flowers, shrubs). The areas that will support each type of landscape when completed will be properly graded and prepared prior to your installing your irrigation systems, per your city and/or state code. The majority of residential turf systems are able to use a standard 4-zone system that will meet the water irrigation needs of the installed landscapes. The irrigation system can be installed in a short amount of time (typically 1-2 days) after preparatory work is completed. As soon as the irrigation installation is finished, our experienced landscaping team will come to you and install your desired selections of flowers, shrubs and trees in the appropriate bed configurations. The installed bed configurations will consist of mulch/gravel/straw on top of a Typar© liner to prevent weed growth. When the beds are completed with their various plantings, we will prepare the sod for installation. The sod installation will complete your lawn. The Lawn Maintenance Division of our company will continue to service your lawn at the monthly rate you choose to pay so that your landscape continues to be a source of enjoyment throughout the growing season. You may also want to take advantage of our expertise to provide guidance to your Lawn Maintenance Division. We are knowledgeable about bi-annual inspections and irrigation system adjustments as the garden environment matures and screens on the sprinklers need replacement.
