Founded in Santa Fe NM by award-winning designer Mark G. Brotton, Living Water Irrigation and Lawn Development is dedicated to designing and building innovative residential landscape solutions for people across the state of New Mexico. For nearly thirty years, we have designed beautiful outdoor environments to both relax and renew! and provide a sense of serenity and wellness, a feeling of being connected to nature through the creation of a unique, personal landscaped area. Every outdoor living area that we create will be uniquely designed based upon the needs of the property owner, as well as the natural landscape surrounding their home. All of our proposed landscaping will last for many years in the same location, and as such must be designed with both function and sustainability in mind--and be in harmony with the desired environmental impact. Our landscape designs also combine elements of contemporary design with natural elements such as water, rock, wood, etc. A key emphasis of our design methodology is the use of clear, well-balanced material proportions and clean lines which help to define the character and site of each unique landscape we create. By carefully selecting native plant species to be used in every landscape we create, using our expertise in horticulture, we create breathtaking color combinations and textures that are natural, environmentally friendly, and will continue to thrive in the local soil and climate year round. Using smart water management to efficiently utilize rain water, we can create beautiful outdoor spaces that are both functional and inviting for families and the larger community.
