The candy sorting machine is designed to sort hard and filled sweets, sugar coated products, chewing gum, and confectionery in rectangular, round, and oval shapes. The sorting evaluates the thickness of the candy and rejects those that are over-formed, under-formed, or de-shaped. To accommodate a variety of goods, the thickness can be manually adjusted.

Candies that are larger than the predetermined size are discharged into the lower container. The sorted and size-appropriate candies are then moved ahead, where they can be collected in containers or automatically delivered to the wrapping equipment through a special transfer conveyor. As a standard practice all contact-parts are made of stainless steel.

The Latini Chocolate Decorator will continually produce flawless decorations of various available patterns. Changingpattern belts requires less than five minutes. All sizes and shapes of chocolates can be handled at one time with no adjustment to the Decorator.

Latini Lab Conch cum Refiner is an essential machine for chocolate manufacturers who are consistently striving to improve their products and to develop newer and better products. The Conch is equipped with hot water jacketing with a built-in water heating system. It's easy to open the front door for material removal and cleaning for different products such as dark to white chocolates, etc.

The Latini continuous caramel station is designed for continuous production from batch cookers. The production can be sequenced in such a way that the process becomes continuous and there is no need to wait for one batch to prepare.

After the caramel is cooked, it is then transferred to a holding tank which is hot water-jacketed for further caramelization and is stirred continuously for a creamier and required color texture.

The full process is controlled through a 15" HMI screen and a P&ID starting the process from raw material added to the cooling of the caramel on a Hohberger Cooling wheel. The HMI screen shows all the parameters starting from temperature, steam, and time to monitor the process. The system is also equipped with a CIP system which with the press of a button can start the automatic process of cleaning the cookers, holding tank, pump, and cooling wheel.

The system is also equipped with a high-capacity pump to transfer the caramel from the holding tank to the cooling wheel.

UP TO 300 FINISHED POPS PER MINUTE
In one continuous, rotary operation the Latini Continuous Die Pop and Wrapping Machine feeds, sizes, cuts, forms, inserts sticks, and crimp-wraps lollipops.

COMPLETELY AUTOMATIC
when used with Latini's batch roller with conical-shaped rollers. A Single operator can attend two machines with a minimum of effort.

ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT CONTROL
The forming machine is equipped with three convenient features for varying the weight of the lollipops without changing the forming dies. Each set of forming dies has a weight-adjustment factor approximately 15 percent from either the upper or lower limit.

AUTOMATIC WRAPPING
Lollipops are formed and wrapped all at the same rate of speed at which they are produced. The wrapping is accomplished by passing lollipops through two sheets of cellophane or paper-coated poly film. A pair of heat-sealing rollers then crimp-seals on four sides under controlled heat and pressure.

SINGLE POPS Or strips It is possible to form and wrap lollipops in individual packages or in a continuous strip of any desired length. If a multiple-length of lollipops is required, a counting unit can be provided as optional equipment.

PHOTO EYE REGISTRATION
Photo paper registration equipment can be attached for registering package designs or words in the center of a wrapped lollipop. Photo registration equipment is offered as an optional feature.

PRE-SIZING OPTIONAL ACCESSORY
Whenever the lollipop is of great size and weight, a Single Stage Pre-Sizing Attachment can be furnished with the machine which sizes and accurately controls the amount of sugar to the forming dies.
