Dhiman Group now offers a wide range of chocolate processing plants such as Chocolate Belt Coaters, ChocolateDecorators, Molding and Cocoa Processing Machines etc. The latest offering is the chocolate shell molding plant. In this PLC and servo controlled shell molding line it can continuously produce various kinds of filled/unfilled chocolate products.

  • Mould Heating.
  • Accurate Depositing with or Without Servo System.
  • Center Liquid Filling ( 1, 2 Different Type).
  • Nut Placing Or Powder Filling.
  • Top Layer Depositing.
  • Vibrating, Cooling, De-moulding, etc.

The whole plant adopts the advanced line and turning system. It also uses the Step - Lifting Cooling / Heating System. The result is a uniformly formed shell with Uniform Wall, Chocolate Liquids or Cream Fillings and Small Nuts or Rice Krispies Filling. The same plant can also be used to make solid, Center Filler, Stripes and Double Layered Chocolate pieces by changing a few parts. This line can be further attached to the in-line aligning and feeding system to twist wrap of flow pack finish products, untouched by hand.
