Fortress is a pre-emergent herbicide containing two active ingredients that is formulated on a dust and odor-free granule. May be used on many ornamental grasses and perennials. Controls a wide range of both grassy and broadleaf weeds by creating a barrier in the soil. Fortress works by inhibiting cell division and disrupting cell wall formation in roots and shoots of emerging weed seedlings.
