The NIBCO® PEX lead-free bronze insert coupling is designed for use with PEX in potable water and radiant heating system applications. The bronze insert coupling is manufactured from lead-free Performance Bronze™ alloy and features PEX end connections. The fitting is used to connect two lengths of PEX tubing together. Please refer to NIBCO technical data sheets and catalogs for engineering and installation information. NIBCO® PEX fittings are lightweight, easy to install and maintenance-free. Joining can be accomplished with NIBCO copper crimp ring, copper sleeves, or stainless steel sleeves. The NIBCO® PEX system requires fewer fittings than traditional rigid plumbing systems resulting in fewer potential leak paths. NIBCO® PEX tubing, fittings, valves and manifolds are designed to be used as a complete system and are backed by a NIBCO INC. limited warranty.
