Description

Silica Blast is a Silicate Nutrient Supplement that can be added to a regular nutrient program. It allows plants to create strong tissues that are more tolerant of heat, drought, and frost. The product is optimized for home gardeners and commercial growers seeking heartier, more resilient plants.

How It Works

Since Silica Blast  contains silicate, which plants take up through their roots, it helps plants build strong cellular walls and stems. Inside the plant, the silicate accumulates in the cell walls which leads to thicker, more reinforced structures. This natural reinforcement makes the plant to:

  • Environmental Stress Resistance: More robust cell walls enable the plant to withstand high temperatures, drought, or frost.
  • Helps With Nutrient Uptake: This Improved structure allows for more effective use of other Nutrients for overall better growth.
  • Support natural defenses: A strengthened cell wall creates a protective barrier that helps to manage pests and disease, decreasing the incidence of infection.

Key Benefits of Silica Blast

Some of the benefits of using Silica Blast  are that it can help plants grow healthier and produce more abundant harvests. Here are its key benefits:

  • Enhanced Plant Structure: This results in thicker cell walls, offering greater support for stems and leaves which helps guard against physical stress and supports higher yields.
  • Improved Weather Resistance: Enhances heat, drought and frost tolerance, allowing the plants to thrive even in difficult grow climates.
  • Increased Yield and Quality: It encourages more fruit to set, of a larger size, improving the quality of the crop and the harvest.
  • Natural Pest Defense: Strengthens cell walls to help decrease the risk from pests and decrease demand for chemical applications
  • Easy Use: Can easily integrate with a current nutrient program, no extra steps required, and is compatible with a wide range of growing systems such as hydroponics and soil-based methods.

Application and Usage Guidelines

For best results to be achieved with Silica Blast , it should be included in a regular feeding schedule:

1. Dilution

  • Combine Silica Blast  with the suggested quantity of water.
  • This poisons the water and even distributes the silicate to every part of the plant.

2. Regular Use

  • Be sure to apply the mixture regularly to match the plant’s growth cycle.
  • Regular usage accrues silicate in the plant, which will maintain its strength in the long run.

3. Adjusting Concentration

  • Use a lighter mixture for young seedlings.
  • Enhance the ratio for matured plants in the flowering and fruiting stages.

4. Compatible with Other Nutrients

  • Compatible with standard nutrient solutions.
  • Improves plant health and diversity of formulations and ensures system compatibility.

Quality and Sustainability

Silica Blast  is manufactured in modern facilities under strict quality controls. Every batch is quality-tested for optimum potency and effectiveness. The product's eco-friendliness is achieved by:

  • Lower Use of Chemicals: That robust, innate defense in plants means less dependence on chemicals.
  • Supporting Sustainable Practices: Healthier plants mean less loss and a more sustainable growing process.
  • Facilitates Suits for the Industry: In order to achieve great quality, the manufacturing process is routinely examined.

Grand Hydro Solutions is the fastest growing marketplace of horticulture, organics, hydroponics, and lighting supplies. Our mission is to give growers, farmers and cultivators all the tools they need to efficiently and successfully manage their growing operations.

Grand Hydro Solutions offers a wide array of products for cannabis growers including grow lights, hydroponics, and grow tents. We believe the best grower deserves the best equipment, that’s why we offer a variety of hydroponics and growing equipment to suit their needs, all at the most competitive prices.

In order to grow the perfect cannabis crop, there are a few key factors that must be taken into account, including the environment, soil, water, pests and diseases.

Airflow

Proper airflow is essential for preventing mold and mildew growth as well as pests like spider mites. The best way to ensure good airflow is to have at least one fan in your grow room that is set on a timer to turn on and off throughout the day. You also want to make sure that there are no dead spots in your grow room where air is not circulating properly.

Light

Cannabis plants require light to photosynthesize and produce energy. The amount of light your plants need depends on the stage of growth they are in as well as the type of light you are using (e.g., HPS, LED, fluorescent).

Humidity

If humidity is too high, it can lead to mold and mildew growth. If humidity is too low, the leaves may begin to dry out and curl. Again, each cannabis strain has a different ideal humidity range, so make sure to do your research before setting up your grow operation.

Water

The quality of the water you use to grow your cannabis crop is extremely important. The best water for growing cannabis is pure, clean water that has been filtered or distilled even though distilled water does have some downsides because of a lack of minerals. Keep in mind that impurities in the water can cause problems with the growth and development of your plants.

In general, cannabis plants need about one gallon of water per day. However, the amount of water your plants will need will vary depending on the size and type of plant, the climate, and the soil type. You should always check the soil before watering to make sure it is not too wet or too dry. Overwatering can lead to problems with root rot and nutrient deficiencies, while underwatering can stress your plants and cause them to produce fewer buds.

Pests

Pests are one of the most common problems that growers face when trying to produce a perfect cannabis crop. There are a wide variety of pests that can attack cannabis plants, including aphids, spider mites, whiteflies, and thrips. These pests can cause damage to the leaves, stems, and flowers of the plant, which can lead to reduced yields. In severe cases, pests can even destroy the plant.

There are a number of ways to prevent pests from attacking your cannabis crop. One of the most important things you can do is to keep your grow area clean and free of debris. This will help to reduce the chances of pests being able to take up residence in your grow room, facility, or greenhouse. You should also regularly inspect your plants for signs of pest activity, such as webbing or small holes in leaves. If you do find evidence of pests, you'll need to take quick action to eradicate them before they cause serious damage.

There are a number of effective pesticides that can be used to control pests on cannabis plants. However, it's important to remember that not all pesticides are created equal. Some products may be more effective against certain types of pests than others. Additionally, some pesticides may be more harmful to humans and animals than others. Therefore, it is important to do your research before using any type of pesticide on your cannabis crop.

Diseases

Manifestation of diseases is another common problem faced by growers trying to produce a perfect cannabis crop. There are a wide variety of diseases that can affect cannabis plants, including powdery mildew, root rot, and botrytis (gray mold). In severe cases, diseases can kill the plant outright.

There are a number of ways to prevent diseases from affecting your cannabis crop. One of the most important things you can do is to choose disease-resistant strains when possible. In addition, you should maintain strict hygiene practices in your grow operation in order to prevent the spread of disease-causing organisms. You should also regularly inspect your plants for signs of disease activity, such as discolored leaves or stunted growth.

Harvest

The timing of the harvest is critical to the quality of the final product. Cannabis should be harvested when the THC levels are at their peak. This can be determined by testing the buds with a THC test kit (available at most grow shops).

Storage

Once harvested, cannabis should be dried and cured properly in order to preserve its potency and flavor. Drying should be done slowly, in a dark, cool, and dry place. Curing is done by storing the dried buds in airtight containers. This allows the buds to “off-gas” any remaining moisture and chlorophyll, resulting in a smoother consumption experience.
