Large, colorful blossoms (about 3 1/2” in diameter) with distinctive dark centers, bloom profusely summer to frost. Plants are easy to grow and bushy, producing their lovely flowers on long, strong stems throughout the summer. Useful in dry, hot areas. Ideal for beds, borders and containers.
Select sunny or partially shaded location with well-drained soil, and plant outdoors after all danger of frost is past. For earlier blossoms, start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost. May also be started during the Summer for blossoms early the following Spring. cultivate soil and firm over seed, keeping it moist. Store seed in a cool, dry place. Heat and moisture can severely reduce germination.
