These microgreens have green leaves with a red blush that have a spicy mustard flavor. In fact, they are the spiciest of the mustard greens and taste a bit like horseradish. Ideal in soups, salads and even stir fry! Broadcast sow in shallow containers year round in an indoor location with bright light. Supplemental bottom heat may aid germination. Keep evenly moist by watering from the bottom and rotate the container for even light coverage if needed. Harvest as soon as the second set of leaves form by making a clean cut through the base of stems with sharp scissors.
