The Sunset pepper is a type of banana or wax pepper. It is spicy rating 650 Scoville units. The plants product tasty and attractive fruits all season long. They are great for frying, grilling or adding them to salads and appetizers. Start seeds indoors in a sunny, warm location 7-8 weeks before the last spring frost.
