Soil Probe Kit | MODEL-B

The soil probe kit is one of our best sellers. This deluxe, compact soil kit comes with a 12" handle, a 12" soil tube, replaceable regular soil tip, and two 12" extension rods that can be used together or separately. When both extension rods are screwed on, the probe extends to be 36" tall to save your back from bending and allowing for deeper sampling. All parts can be unscrewed and stored in the included, sturdy 13" fiberboard case for easy, compact storage. The soil tube will take a core approximately 8" long by 3/4" in width. The outer diameter of the tube is 15/16". The tube is designed to eliminate friction in the tube after cutting the sample. The non-clogging design has a cut-out in the front to allow for easy soil removal, visual inspection, and cleaning. The sample is unloaded from the tube without binding or compacting. It is marked at 6" intervals to indicate sampling depth. Parts are easily taken apart for convenient, compact carrying in durable 13" long fiberboard case.
