Spidex Vital Sachets - Natural Enemies

Spidex Vital Plus is available in two pack sizes, containing either 25 or 250 sachets. Each sachet is filled with 250 predatory mites, offering an effective biological control solution for pest management. The sachets are presented in a cardboard box, ensuring easy handling and deployment.

The predatory mites, housed within wood-chip carriers, multiply within the sachet and disperse into the crop over several weeks. They target pests by piercing them with their sucking mouthparts and extracting their contents, effectively controlling pest populations.

Directions for Use:

• Application: Hang the sachets in sheltered locations within the crop, avoiding direct sunlight exposure. The sachets come with pre-made exit holes for the mites to disperse.
• Dosage: The application dosage depends on various factors such as climate, crop type, and pest density. Consultation with a Koppert advisor or distributor is recommended for tailored advice.
• Environmental Conditions: Spidex Vital Plus is most effective within a temperature range of 13 to 27°C (55 to 81°F) and is not effective above 30°C/86°F. Relative humidity should be maintained above 70% for optimal performance.
• Combined Use: Spidex Vital Plus can be used in conjunction with Neoseiulus californicus (Spical) and Feltiella acarisuga (Spidend) for enhanced pest control.

Product Handling:

• Storage Time After Receipt: It is recommended to use the product within 1-2 days of receipt.
