Latini's CVC-800 consists of a Tube in Shell heat exchanger for cooking of the mass. The cooker consists of straight tubes which are easy to clean as compared to traditional circular coil systems and also utilizes less steam because of more contact area in the cooker.

In the Latini CVC-800 cooker the pre-blend syrup is pumped through single pass, high efficiency, stainless steel Shell and Tube heat exchanger, which cooks the syrup to the required temperature and then transfers it to the flash chamber for vapor removal. After the vapor removal the syrup is automatically transferred to the two receiving kettles for vacuumizing the mass for moisture reduction. After the vacuum process, the cooked mass is unloaded from the stainless steel kettles for further processing.

Latini's CVC-800 offers high output, with high transparency of syrup while fulfilling fast cooking speed. With its vertical design, and innovative operation, CVC-800 achieves excellent and highly efficient heat transfer characteristics.
