Air conditioned multi way tunnel for continuous cooling and feeding of Chewing Gum, Chewing gum or Chew candy rope from extruder to cut & wrap machine. The rope passes through seven infinity variable non-stick belts.

Can be integrated with the Latini product distribution conveyor system for automatic feeding of unwrapped products and discharging of wrapped products. The candy sorting machine is designed to sort hard and filled sweets, sugar coated products, chewing gum, and confectionery in rectangular, round, and oval shapes. The sorting evaluates the thickness of the candy and rejects those that are over-formed, under-formed, or de-shaped. To accommodate a variety of goods, the thickness can be manually adjusted.

Candies that are larger than the predetermined size are discharged into the lower container. The sorted and size-appropriate candies are then moved ahead, where they can be collected in containers or automatically delivered to the wrapping equipment through a special transfer conveyor. The Latini Chocolate Decorator will continually produce flawless decorations of various available patterns. Changingpattern belts requires less than five minutes. All sizes and shapes of chocolates can be handled at one time with no adjustment to the Decorator.

This machine is equipped with a heat strip heater positioned between the decorating belt to prevent accumulation ofchocolate on the belt. Once the speed and height of the decorating belt has been set, the Decorator will operatewithout the need of any personnel.

The whole plant adopts the advanced line and turning system. It also uses the Step - Lifting Cooling / Heating System. The result is a uniformly formed shell with Uniform Wall, Chocolate Liquids or Cream Fillings and Small Nuts or Rice Krispies Filling. The same plant can also be used to make solid, Center Filler, Stripes and Double Layered Chocolate pieces by changing a few parts. This line can be further attached to the in-line aligning and feeding system to twist wrap of flow pack finish products, untouched by hand.
