Large Capacity blower is provided to supply air throughout the entire length of the drum. Refrigerated dry air is recommended for the blower intake, but ambient air is permissible when the cooling drum is located in a cool room with low humidity.

Elevation of the Cooling Drum for product flow can be regulated by raising or lowering the intake height for controlling length of time to remain and tumble inside of the drum

Latini Cooling Drum is built in four separate sections for easy removal should hot water or steam be required for cleaning.

Variable speed is provided to control tumbling speed and is easily regulated by a variable speed A.C. drive Ball bearing trunnions and rubber mounted wheels support the tumbling drum which ensures smooth and quiet operation as well as trouble-free performance.

The LFM- Liquid filling machine is suitable for all sorts of pumpable fillings, liquid, and viscous masses. It has been rightfully designed to pump the liquid mass continuously without any displacement and bubbles. The storage hopper is heat-jacketed to ensure continuous flow of liquid. The amount of filling can be adjusted from the control panel in order to be completely in sync with the forming machine. The liquid filling machine can be easily cleaned which ensures a quick change over of centre-filing materials.

An additional storage tank can be provided for continuous operation for high-production requirements.
