Description

The ROC Commercial Reverse Osmosis Systems represent the pinnacle of high-volume commercial water filtration technology. Tailored for a wide array of industries including hydroponics, breweries, car washes, coffee shops, and agricultural settings like cannabis and hemp farms, these systems deliver exceptional performance and durability.

Constructed with heavy-duty components, the ROC Series is designed to withstand rigorous daily use, ensuring longevity and reliability. The systems are fully equipped to meet the demands of commercial operations, producing high volumes of filtered water with precision and efficiency.

The key to the ROC Series' exceptional water quality lies in its advanced membrane technology. This technology ensures that the water produced meets the precise quality standards required by your business, whether for irrigation, production processes, or customer use.

The system's computer controller offers a range of features that enhance usability and efficiency. With 6 status LEDs, auto voltage sensing (compatible with 96 – 264 VAC), start delay, membrane flush, dry contacts pretreat lockout, tank switch, and low-pressure alerts, the controller provides real-time monitoring and control, allowing for seamless operation.

Additionally, the ROC Series boasts a range of system features designed to optimize performance and ease of use. These include a red powder-coated aluminum frame with a laser logo cutout for durability and a professional appearance, stainless steel flow meters and pressure gauges for accurate measurement and control, and stainless steel membrane housings for durability.

The system also includes a variety of pressure switches and valves, including dual 0-100psi pre-filter stainless steel pressure gauges, dual 0-300psi pump and concentrate stainless steel pressure gauges, and extra low energy, 100psi cold water membranes for efficient filtration.

Other features include a 304 stainless steel, IP65-rated inlet solenoid valve for reliable water inlet control, a dual TDS meter for monitoring water quality, and a Goulds stainless steel pump with TEFC motors for reliable performance. The system also includes a stainless steel pump pressure throttling valve, a 4.5” X 20” white filter housing (Made in The USA), and a 4.5” X 20” 5 Mic sediment filter for effective filtration.

Each system is individually boxed and includes system frame levelers for easy installation and leveling. All systems are factory-tested and preserved to ensure optimal performance upon installation. Additional options are available for customization to meet specific operational requirements.
