Schweitzer Jr. Landscape Architect is a luxurious outdoor destination in the unique landscapes of Fairfield County, Connecticut, serving communities such as Bethel, Wilton, and Westport. A significant feature of the is a custom pool that is composed of quality materials in the native style of the area. The surrounding terrace, composed of stone pavers, is a durable surface with lots of space for lounging and entertaining that looks attractive and is functional. The foliage features native plants to ensure a sustainable that is still attractive. An obstacle of the site was the uneven terrain. Our team was able to grade the hill to create a terrace that was more visually stimulating and better for drainage, creating a better lifespan of the plantings. Having a cozy spa area with a waterfall helps add to the zen quality of the design. The end outcome is a recreational package that our clients are thrilled with, an outdoor space that is both luxurious and warm. The ambient lighting creates a magical atmosphere for night time gatherings, along with the dense foliage creating some level of intimacy. At Robert D.
