The kitchen now features custom-built cabinets in a sleek Shaker style, equipped with soft-close European hinges and full-extension drawer glides, ensuring both beauty and practicality. Significant plumbing upgrades facilitated the installation of a new gas range and cooktop, while the relocation of the refrigerator/freezer optimized the kitchen layout. The introduction of stainless steel appliances, complemented by an elegant over-cooktop exhaust system, elevates the kitchen’s functionality and aesthetic appeal. Granite countertops were meticulously fabricated and installed, harmonizing with two custom cabinetry units, while new porcelain tile flooring extends seamlessly throughout the kitchen, powder bath, laundry area, family room, and entryway, enhancing the home’s cohesive design. Electrical enhancements were also a key component of this renovation; an upgraded main electrical service now supports LED overhead lighting on dimmers and under-cabinet lighting, delivering the ‘Wow Factor’ our clients seek. The renovation included a strategic lowering of the counter area behind the kitchen sink to create an open feel that invites interaction with the formal dining space.
