About This Project

The Guest Bath Project in the Memorial Area transformed a dated 1970's hall bath into a stunning contemporary space that embodies elegance and functionality, showcasing the expertise of Xtreme Renovations. This repeat client sought an upgrade that would infuse the bathroom with a modern 'Wow Fact. ' The renovation process commenced with the removal of the existing fur down, tub, and tub surround, alongside the outdated tile, vanity, vanity top, and wallpaper, paving the way for a completely fresh design. A standout feature of the new layout is the expanded shower enclosure, which not only enhances the overall aesthetic but also increases usability. The custom-built vanity, designed with precision, includes all new doors equipped with European-style hinges and soft-close mechanisms for a seamless experience. To further elevate the design, the existing linen closet was refaced to harmonize with the new vanity, ensuring a cohesive look throughout the space. The crowning touch was the addition of a luxurious marble vanity top and sink, which provided an elegant and clean appearance that the client desired. Marble accents were also expertly fabricated for the window sill, adding a sophisticated flair to the bathroom. In terms of functionality, new plumbing fixtures were installed, including a new shower valve, shower base, and a re-centered shower drain to accommodate the newly expanded enclosure. A thoughtfully designed seating area within the shower offers convenience and comfort, while the intricate tile work and decorative trim in the shower enclosure enhance its visual appeal. The flooring was upgraded with new tile, contributing to the overall contemporary atmosphere. The finishing touches included seamless glass for the shower enclosure, offering both style and practicality. As a final step, the walls and ceiling were meticulously taped, floated, and painted according to the client’s specifications, with guidance from our in-house Design Team, culminating in a beautifully transformed guest bath that exceeds expectations.
