Summary: Bridgewater Apartments by Organixx Located in a vibrant community, the Bridgewater Apartments was a remarkable update to outdoor spaces and carried out by Organixx. The landscape of native plantings, sustainable design elements and patterning, offered an elevated living experience for residents, while also promoting ecological restoration. We faced a few challenges, including slope and site access, which required us to embrace creative thinking and a thorough pre-work plan. We designed terraced gardens that maximized usable space and created visual interest. Drought-resistant plantings, including native grasses and perennials, depended on reduced water consumption while providing aesthetics for beauty year-round. Local stone was utilized to create thoughtful flow of paths within the lush gardens and common areas to provide spaces for sitting and socializing. A beautiful water feature also became an anchored design element, not just for the tranquility it created, but for the attraction of local wildlife. Lighting was thoughtfully planned and installed to illuminate paths and feature areas to provide beauty and safety into the evening. In the end, a beautiful landscape was achieved with vibrant and welcoming spaces, introducing design elements that blend with the architecture of Bridgewater Apartments and a nod to the natural beauty of the area from Chester Springs to West Goshen. The residents of the Bridgewater Apartments now have an outdoor escape that encourages resident interactions while fostering nature movement. The client was very pleased with the , especially noting the attention to detail and quality of work from Organixx. Not only did the elevate the aesthetics of Bridgewater Apartments, but it also elevated Organixx's branding as a premier landscape company in the area.
