Bryn Fleur by Organixx Located in the heart of Chester County, Bryn Fleur showcases the artistry and craftsmanship that Organixx builds into every landscaping . Serving Birchrunville, West Chester, Exton, among others, our staff turned this large residential property into a garden oasis. At Bryn Fleur, we began with an exhaustive site analysis identifying topography and soil conditions that presented obstacles to classic landscaping approaches. The skilled designers worked closely with the clients to estimate a unified vision, balancing the natural terrain with their design cues. The boasts a beautiful range of native plantings, ornamental grasses, and seasonal blooms for year-round interest and aesthetic appeal. We selected sustainable materials, utilizing locally sourced stone for walkways and seating areas to reduce an ecological footprint while ensuring performance. A water feature, composed of an array of stone and pool, augment the aesthetics of the area while providing an ecosystem for local animals - a focal point harmonizing with the sounds of nature. One challenge we faced on this is the sloping of the property and existing drainage patterns. The plan would ultimately require grading and strategic grading with terrace placements that aesthetically improved the site while enhancing water management to avoid erosion and improve plant health. The final result is a stunning landscape that engages the senses and encourages outdoor living. Winding pathways through lush gardens, comfortable seating spaces amongst blossoms, and the relaxing sounds of the bubbling water have encouraged home owners and their families to return again and again.
