About This Project

Montangelica Estate Located within Chester County, the Montangelica estate represents the quality and creativity of the Organixx team as they furnish beautiful outdoor environments. This extensive landscape , developed for a particular customer, exemplifies the merging of natural beauty with functional landscaping, for the benefit of the communities of Birchrunville, Brandamore and beyond. The estate showcases an elegant variety of hardscape, with hand-crafted stone pathways, and a custom made patio suitable for outdoor entertaining. We used locally sourced flagstone and pavers, so that while the was sustainable, it also blended with the estate's natural environment. The careful design of the hardscape not only had to be aesthetically pleasing, but also had to guide the guest through the site to its ample gardens and calming water features. One of the challenges we addressed was the sloping site conditions. Our team utilized a series of natural stone, retaining wall terraces to accommodate tiered flowerbeds to take advantage of the seasonal must-haves. Additionally, the use of native plants ensured water sustainability both for vegetation growth and encouraging local habitat. Another feature of Montangelica Estate, is a tranquil koi pond. We introduced an advanced natural filtration system to maintain clear water, while forming an outer fringe of ornamental grasses and perennial flowers that attracted indigenous species. The outcome was an outdoor living space that reflected our customer's vision while illustrating the superior craftsmanship that Organixx delivers. From the conscientious selection of materials to the careful designed landscape space, we created an environment of discretion and serenity that left our client beyond thrilled with their outdoor experience.
