Lake Oswego Residence JP Stone Contractors, Inc. is excited to present the Lake Oswego Residence , a remarkable example of our passion for quality and craftsmanship in landscaping. Located in a beautiful area of Lake Oswego, this Residence features a beautifully executed design that captures the essence of functionality enhanced by stunning aesthetics. The showcases a large patio with premium natural stone which is custom installed in a pattern that encourages an indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The patio includes a custom fire pit with seating, providing a beautiful gathering space in the evenings. We also added an assemblage of native plants alongside ornamental shrubs. The plants selected are pleasing to the eye, while unifying the client's commitment to year-round aesthetics and biodiversity. A challenging aspect of this property was its variability in elevation changes; one solution was to create tiered garden beds which provides visual interest as well as functionality. Additionally, we provided environmentally friendly mulch and drought resistant perennials for sustainability and low maintenance. The final result was more than the client's vision, and successfully converted their outdoor environment into a peaceful retreat for relaxing and entertainment. The quality, as well as the attention to detail, has rendered the Lake Oswego Residence a favorite in our portfolio; another example of quality and client service, all while being a reflection of our passion for quality and craftsmanship in the regions we serve with work, including Portland and Vancouver.
