Moreing Court Garden The Office of Jeffrey F. Gamboni completed the Moreing Court Garden, which represents the top of our craft and transforming a functional outdoor space into a beautiful private retreat. Located right in Stockton, its a unique mix of the various elements the client had envisioned to create a peaceful yet usable outdoor area. With our team designing the with a series of colorful flower beds filled with native California plants, we were able to meet the client's overall designs and ideas sustainable and low maintenance landscaping which provides bright color throughout the various seasons. The stone pathway that was created for the back yard is built with some locally sourced flagstone and provides a natural flow through the garden creating ease of usability while receiving a sense of peace of mind. The seating area crafted of reclaimed wood benches built as an art piece themselves, provided another extra cut of the concepts used in creating a unique and beautiful yard while still environmentally sustainable. One of the more substantial hurdles faced in this and area was the sloping terrain of this site. Our office regraded the landscape in a delicate a way as we felt was to protect and preserve the natural element of the horticultural to get an undisturbed level area by minimizing earth disturbance, while the rains of the winter did not leave the water pooling in a way that would have killed the newly planted flora. Another highlight of this was a state of the art irrigation system that is powerful enough to sustain the greens, while conserving and choosing a water efficient way to apply the green spaces. This, plus the LED lighting makes this back garden just as beautiful at night as during the day and allows for a creative outdoor meal or gathering enjoying the natural sunlight. All in all, the met and satisfied the client's hopes of design with beauty and functionality together, each piece in unison together by thoughtful design. The end product met, and very much exceeded, the client's ideas of a garden that creates tranquility to welcome both peace and joy. The Office of Jeffrey F.
