The Feiden Maverick Landscaping, Porch and Patio is pleased to introduce the Feiden , an exceptional transformation in the heart of Overland Park. The goal of this extensive landscaping was to improve the outdoor living experience of the homeowner while complimenting the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. The included a stunning hardscape with a large patio composed of durable and stylish natural stone pavers. The patio provides a perfect backdrop for the homeowner’s backyard retreat. A custom fire pit with ample seating allows family and friends to sit by the fire and enjoy what will likely be the best evenings spent outdoors, with comfort under the stars. The hardscape was complimented with a mix of native, low maintenance, perennial flowers and plants that provide seasonal beauty and vibrant colors throughout the year. We faced a unique challenge during the , the terrain of the property was heavily sloped and challenging to work with, but our talented team effectively managed to level the ground forgiving the space both aesthetics and usability with tiered, flower beds. Strategically placed organic mulch mixed with decorative stone prevents erosion and promotes healthy plant growth and demonstrates our commitment to sustainable landscaping. Maverick Landscaping, Porch and Patio completed the to the delight of the client. The Feiden Property now serves as a beautiful outdoor escape for entertaining and enjoying the natural beauty that surrounds the property.
