Continuing to serve the Greater Houston area (Aldine, Conroe, Cypress, and beyond), our team took on the task of refreshing this well used but characterless space. Snapshot: Natural Stone Patio (GeoGreen Landscaping in Port Perry, Ontario)A custom patio made with local limestone was installed for a beautiful and long-lasting surface for entertaining and relaxation. In addition to this, custom cedar planters were also added while native Texas plants will help attract local wildlife as well as creating a visually appealing environment. We added a calming sound component in the gentle flow of water that gives the feeling of peacefulness that begs one to take a moment to just simply think. The main issue we had was that the ground was not level and the roots were all over, and this could have been problematic for placing the hardscaping items all the same. The team skillfully leveled the ground yet left the majestic trees untouched making sure the oasis kept its natural beauty. And we chose mulch and permeable pavers to allow for drainage and environmental sustainability, staying true to our principles with this particular outdoor space. The end product is a charming backyard oasis that the client loves and that adds value to the home. This sort of features are beneficial because in the evening time you may properly settle down and enjoy the area through landscape lighting which can be strategically placed to illuminate the entire expanse enabling you to play or entertain and it also allows you to enjoy all year round.
