Oakland Private Resort Completed by Sirco Scape, LLC Situated in the tranquil midst of a community oasis is the Oakland Private Resort by Sirco Scape, LLC. Working for the residents of Allenton, Almont, Armada, Capac, Dryden, Imlay City, Lakeville, Leonard, and Romeo we took a simple backyard and formed it into a private escape representing comfort, luxury, and tranquility. This all encompassing incorporated a beautiful array of hardscaping elements and softscaping features to achieve the soothing outdoor oasis. The custom natural stone patio made with locally sourced flagstone was the focal point of the . The patio itself serves as the bridge between indoors and outdoors to support entertaining family and friends or just relaxing in the fresh air. A unique water feature was incorporated into the to serve as another point of interest as well as provide the sound of flowing water. Native plants and ornamental grasses were added to the water feature to not only provide visual interest but also biodiversity to the . The incorporated eco-friendly materials including permeable pavers, lumber, and organic mulch. While leveling the area was a challenge we completed this with precise grading and ensure the landscape tied together properly at every location. A custom irrigation system was also installed based on the needs of the plants and environmental considerations. Overall, the completion of average backyard to the Oakland Private Resort is a functional yet beautiful landscape where each element was carefully selected to ensure a tranquil getaway from daily stress. The clients were thrilled with the , including every detail for the hardscaping and softscaping.
