Landscapes by Red Elm Residential & Maintenance Set in the beautiful setting of The Cliffs at Mountain Park, the 'Landscapes' by Red Elm Residential & Maintenance illustrates our dedication to adapting outdoor spaces into beautiful living spaces. Serving the high-end communities of Greenville, SC, Lake Keowee, SC, and Asheville, NC, this exemplifies quality craftsmanship, quality materials and the highest attention to detail that is identifiable to our brand. The consisted of a complete redesign of the existing landscape and considered how the existing landscape would reflect a thoughtful balance of native plants in combination with elevated hardscaping elements. We used high-quality materials, such as natural stone pavers and sustainable hardwood decking to create pathways and patios that don't just sit on the existing topography, but instead use the existing topography as part of the overall design. Our team encountered challenges like uneven terrain, and drainage issues; however, through creative grading and the addition of a custom drainage solution, we made it so the landscape continues to thrive through even the heaviest rainfall. The focal point is a stunning water feature we designed to create a calm space, and when combined with our strategic installation of outdoor lighting, the space transforms at dusk inviting clients to enjoy the outdoors for evening gatherings. Likewise, with our native plant selection, we encourage family friendly plantings that thrive in the local climate while providing habitat for local wildlife to enhance the ecological integrity of the property. Our clients were ecstatic with the results of this since they now have a beautiful outdoor oasis that compliments their style while engaging with the existing natural beauty of the area.
