Poolside Pavilion by THE OHIO VALLEY GROUP, INC. Located central to a scenic residential estate, the 'Poolside Pavilion' executed by THE OHIO VALLEY GROUP, INC. demonstrates contemporary elegance, together with moderate flexibility. This renovation , enjoyed by residents of Aurora, Bainbridge, and beyond, removed an under-utilized outdoor space and created a luxurious haven for rest and recreational entertainment for the entire family. A beautiful, adventurous pavilion made of durable, weather-resistant cedar wood was fully constructed to offer shade and rustic appearance. Stone patios made of natural flagstone were laid against the pavilion to provide durability, making the transition from relaxing pool visits to vey comfortable poolside lounging. Ornamental grasses and perennial flower beds were added to enhance visual appearance and suitability of the natural setting along the landscape plan. One inherent challenge was the extreme terracing of the area housing the pool. The Ohio Valley Group elegantly engineered a tiered landscape design amongock walls made of locally sourced limestone. The terrace engineering provided stability to the layout while making this outdoor escape more visually appealing. The outcome is a stunning pool side get-away that made a relaxing environment for adults while satisfying the desires of the household for family gatherings, and friends. The blended landscaping worked beautifully to instill feelings of relaxation and enjoyment, all year long. It is apparent that THE OHIO VALLEY GROUP (INC) worked seamlessly to incorporate quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and overall customer satisfaction in all Properties exhibited to the Greater Cleveland area, making it a worthy for any home.
