Landscape Design & Installations by Outdoor Creative Design Outdoor Creative Design is excited to share our newest landscaping effort, "Landscape Design & Installations," completed skillfully and beautifully in the lovely neighborhoods of Affton, Ballwin, and Chesterfield among other areas. The complete turned a large residential lot into a stunning outdoor space that married aesthetics and functionality. Our crew began with a thorough consultation with the homeowners, considering their vision and lifestyle. With an emphasis on sustainability, we chose an exciting range of native plants that not only contributed to the beauty of the space but also supported local ecology. The design featured striking flower beds, dense, colorful shrubs, and ornamental trees that would create a dense canvas of landscape color and texture through all four seasons. To increase outdoor usability, we introduced a multi-level patio area with natural stone pavers to allow room for eating outside or having a gathering. In addition to the patio, we built a unique fire pit for warmth and good vibes in the evening. We completed the installation of a smart irrigation system to ensure plant longevity and sustainability with minimal water use. There were bumps in the road, such as the grading of the yard and potential flooding. Our team is experienced in grading, so we created a drainage plan and installed a French drain to prevent pooling. Addressing this concern along with creating a functional landscape made our installation complete. The final result of our hard work was a beautiful outdoor oasis the homeowners loved. The finished blend of hardscaping and softscaping made for a beautiful, tranquil retreat for the family to come together and enjoy nature.
