About This Project

Poolside Landscape L & D Landscaping We recently completed this 'Poolside Landscape' for one of our great clients in Madison, Athens, and Limestone County and helped them enhance their outdoor experience with a new space to relax and enjoy being outdoors. L & D Landscaping | Decatur, Alabama A beautiful natural stone patio around the pool and a custom built pergola to provide some shade created this pool for the ages that was as aesthetically pleasing and functional as any ever seen. ENEVI chose to use natural stone, which were high quality flagstone pavers, to maintain durability while allowing a rustic touch to give a level of seamlessness and connectivity of the pool and the landscaping. The team had to contend with the topography of the land, which was not fully leveled and also had to prevent water from accumulating on the ground by adding French drains in selected locations. A long bed of native plants and ornamental grasses, which were chosen for their tough nature, forms the centerpiece of the landscape. Together, vibrant hydrangeas, bright daylilies and fragrant lavender and more were arranged with color and texture in mind, creating a pollinator-friendly oasis year-round. The end result is an interesting backdrop that not only enhances the transition from the pool but also represents our philosophy of providing the best of our services and quality. They now have an outdoor space that makes for a perfect family gathering or summer barbeque setting, beautifully encompassed in nature, and our clients could not have been happier!
